Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rwu-ai.com sales training platform ("Platform") operated by Rodney Webb LLC ("we", "us", "RWU"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

The Platform is a B2B service. Accounts are created and managed by the client company that enrolls you (typically a residential home-improvement business). You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your employer to access the Platform.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform to (a) violate any law, (b) infringe intellectual property rights, (c) upload malicious code, (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account, or (e) interfere with the Platform's operation.

3. Data ownership

Your employer (the client company that enrolled you) owns the business data you enter into the Platform. We process that data on their behalf under our Master Service Agreement with them and our Privacy Policy.

4. SMS messaging terms

Program name: RWU Platform Notifications, operated by Rodney Webb LLC.

Program description: the Platform sends automated operational SMS reminders and account notifications to users who have a mobile phone number on file. The primary use case is a daily reminder to a client company's Sales Manager when their team has not yet logged their daily sales activity numbers in the Platform.

Message frequency: low. Typically fewer than one message per user per day, and no more than a few messages per user per week. There is no promotional or marketing SMS traffic.

Message and data rates: message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.

How to opt out (STOP): reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may also contact your company's account administrator to have your phone number removed from the Platform.

How to get help (HELP): reply HELP to any message from us to receive information on how to contact RWU support. You can also reach support directly at support@rwu-ai.com.

Consent: you consent to receive automated SMS reminders when your employer or the client company that enrolled you provides your phone number to the Platform during account setup. If you did not provide consent, reply STOP or contact your account administrator to remove your number.

Supported carriers: messages are sent through Twilio and supported by all major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, design, and content (excluding business data entered by client companies), is owned by Rodney Webb LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rodney Webb LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
