Rodney Webb LLC ("we", "us", "RWU") operates the rwu-ai.com sales training platform ("Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect about Platform users, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account information: full name, email address, mobile phone number, employer (client company), role (e.g. Sales Manager, Trainer), and login credentials.
• Business activity data: daily sales numbers, ride-along reports, coaching notes, uploaded photos and videos, and other operational data your company enters into the Platform.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, session cookies, and pages accessed.

2. How we use information

• Provide and operate the Platform features you and your employer use.
• Authenticate your account and secure the Platform.
• Send operational notifications and reminders by email and SMS related to your use of the Platform (e.g. reminders to log daily numbers). Message frequency is low - typically fewer than one message per user per day.
• Improve the Platform, diagnose bugs, and respond to support requests.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS messaging

If your account has a mobile phone number on file, the Platform may send you automated SMS reminders and account notifications. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies but is typically fewer than one message per user per day and no more than a few messages per week. You can opt out of all SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for support. Additional details are set out in our Terms and Conditions.

4. Who we share information with

• Your employer / client company: the business that enrolled you into the Platform can see the operational data you enter and receive reports about it.
• Service providers: vendors that help us run the Platform (hosting, database, email, SMS delivery, error monitoring) under contractual confidentiality obligations. This currently includes Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, and Twilio.
• Legal requests: when required by applicable law, subpoena, or court order.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain account and business activity data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting your company's account administrator or emailing us at the address below.

6. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk.

7. Your rights

8. Children

The Platform is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform.
